We pay 25% referrals on purchases. Leasing in Santa Fe is different that most areas. Leasing is typically done through leasing companies and not through real estate brokerages. We would be happy to recommend companies that could help her with this. 

We would be interested in visiting with her about why she chooses to lease at this time. With interest rates so very low, prices are rock bottom it is an excellent time to purchase. In fact, we are starting to see prices edge up and we are hearing interest rates will be rising over the next year. We would hate for your buyer to have to pay more later for less house.

If she were to purchase now, we are excellent negotiators and could help her find the right property at the right price. There are a lot of great deals out there at this time. Please let us know how we can help.

My client, Ms. McCarron, would like to rent in Santa Fe or its vicinity, initially, &amp; then purchase (though not necessarily the same property). 

Her purchase criteria are: 
single family home with 3+ acres (for horses), 2-3bd, 2ba min., &lt;$550k. 
She will put down apx $375k.

If you are able to help, please let me know what referral fee % you would be able pay us from the rental &amp; sales transactions, &amp; I will be glad to provide my clients contact info.
